Messiah is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Jesus Christ is at the center of our faith, and we come to know his work in our lives through the Bible as well as the tradition that has been handed down to us. As Lutherans, we see scripture through the lens of Grace - believing that we are saved by grace, through faith, apart from works, for Christ's sake. God is the one who reaches out to us when we are lost and brings us back, and the best example of this is Jesus Christ coming to earth as a human being to lead us into abundant life and die for our sins. Messiah is a Reconciling In Christ congregation.
