WORSHIP

Over 85 volunteers come together each month to manage all the moving parts of each worship service. If you have any interest in serving on any of our worship and music teams, let us know!

  • Altar guild

This team of volunteers sets up the Sanctuary and prepares the supplies needed for each service, including Holy Communion and wine. They also graciously plan and arrange for special services, such as funerals and memorial services.

  • media/tech team

This key team ensures cameras, audio, and live-streaming run smoothly so worship services and other events can be enjoyed by all. Training is always provided for new members of the media/tech team, so whatever your experience, if you're interested and enthusiastic you can help ensure the show goes on!

  • worship assistants

Worship Assistants serve with and support the Pastor during worship. We are open to assistants of all ages - if you're interested, please call the church office: (847) 526-7161.

  • Ushers/Greeters

Ushers greet worshippers into the Sanctuary, provide bulletins, gather gifts, and guide worshippers to Holy Communion during the service.

Music

Lift every voice and sing (or play!). We just LOVE how music connects our hearts and souls. For information on any of our music groups: Adult Choir, SANS, Joyful Strings, or Gosbells, please contact our Music Director, Pam Dadian.

  • gosbells - handbell choir

Gosbells, our adult handbell choir, plays for worship once a month and on special occasions. Rehearsal is on Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
